Dr Busisiwe Makwarela is a qualified and experienced health professional with a mix of experiences in academia, research and clinical practice, With first-hand experience in the roller-coaster of finding a sweet spot as a professional, She has held many jobs as optometrist, personal assistant, volunteer coordinator, lecturer and clinic supervisor, she understands the struggles of many in identifying a career space where one thrives and grows. This journey led to her pursuing doctoral research in the area of career choice and career change only to discover that helping others to find a happy place in their careers is actually her career sweet spot. She is passionate about career support and guidance.
